30 Mountain Climbers (After every 10 climbers, perform 5 push-ups)
60 Double Unders
We will be doing a lot of push-ups, so get ready. This is a great video on push-ups and the proper way to perform knee push-ups. You guys are great, stay strong on the challenge… its worth it!
